I love my Ice Bandana. Instead of ice, I use a contour gel therapy cold compress which stays chilled in the freezer and ready to go! Instead of tying the bandana, I use a one-inch plastic ring to secure my bandana in place.
Love how it stays snug around my neck without sagging. It holds plenty of ice and stays comfortable for the entire run.
Great bandana. I've been using it for a few weeks now in the high desert of Utah. I have decided this works better than a buff for keeping the sun off my neck. It keeps it's shape without sagging. Also, it's soft and doesn't irritate my skin. I do use it with ice too. No bounce. It just depends on the situation wether or not I fill it with ice. Also, I use Paracord and a spring cord lock instead of a knot. It quicker and give me the ability to adjust it on the run.
Honestly, I was a little skeptical on how well this would work, but during one of the hottest weeks of the year, I noticed myself getting lightheaded and dizzy when working outside. So decided to give this a try and after I fill the ice bandanna up with ice and wore it, within minutes, it gave me relief and an extra gear when working. Highly recommend and I’ve already told multiple people about this. Definitely not just for runners.
The Ice Bandana did everything I had hoped. I last used it while watching a parade on July 4th. It was over 100 degrees and this bandana saved me. The material is soft and it kept me cool while others were suffering in the heat. Love this brand and love supporting made in the USA!
I have always struggled with summer running because I get so hot. I wore this bandana in 95% humidity today and it kept me cool for over an hour. I did put my ice in a baggy to keep it from melting down my back. The fabric is so soft and it did not bounce at all. This is going to be a game changer for my summer running!!!

If you are looking to cool off during the hot weather, this bandana will do it. I am using it while gardening, walking, and bicycling. It takes a while to melt thru, so I can easily work in the yard for 30 minutes or so with ice staying intact. Also, it's just water, so it feels really good on the body. The material is soft and the zipper allows easy access to the pouch. You can reach in and grab a piece of ice for refreshment. I love this bandana!
