At Ice Bandana, we work hard to get your order out quickly.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET are typically processed, packed, and handed to the carrier the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will typically ship the next business day.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and destination. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country unless those charges are collected at checkout.
