We want you to be happy with your Ice Bandana. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, clean, and in original condition
- Returned with any original packaging, if available
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused by us, contact us and we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or prepaid return label.
